I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist working in Tervisekliinik and online. Over the years I have worked in different settings (schools, hospitals, psychiatric clinics and now I work in my private practice. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues, but I have especially focused on anxiety and mood disorders, self-criticism, but also unhelpful lifelong patterns (or schemas), which make us feel trapped in similar situations. Besides working with mental health, I have helped to find ways to cope, increase resilience and maintain well-being in difficult life situations like chronic pain, traumatic or stressful events, grief, infertility, loss, divorce or separation. I combine in my work cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness and compassion approaches. Outside my work as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist I teach 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion program and workshops, seminars and trainings in private and public organisational settings, colleges and universities.

At the moment I am continuing my studies at the Academy of Osteopathy in Tallinn. I have been treating patients since 2022.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy, its philosophy views the body as an interconnected unit, capable of self-healing. Osteopathy uses a wide variety of techniques to treat disorders of the skeleton, muscles, and other body functions. Using osteopathic techniques, the body can be healed from head to toe, including both physical pains and emotional tensions. The aim of the osteopath is to identify the causes of health disorders resulting from changes in tissue mobility and elasticity. When the causes of the dysfunctions are eliminated, the self-healing ability of the body’s tissues is activated to restore balance in the body.

Osteopathy is suitable for all kinds of pain and tension. Posture disorders, digestive problems, breathing difficulties, swelling, fatigue or anxiety can also be treated. Osteopathy is an effective way to relieve discomfort during pregnancy and assess and treat common postpartum conditions. It is advisable to visit an osteopath from time to time even if there are no noticeable ailments. Proactive osteopathy sessions help to stimulate tissue movement and the body’s self-healing system to keep the body healthy and balanced.

The sessions can be held in Estonian, English and Spanish.

I also attend advanced courses in biodynamics.
