Tervisekliinik in Nõmme grew out of a wish to offer holistic, open-minded healthcare. Its roots lie in the Estonian-Swedish Institute of Suicidology (ERSI), founded in 1993 in cooperation with the Karolinska Institute. Alongside international research, ERSI began providing direct support through the helpline Eluliin (branch of Befrienders Worldwide).
Over time, specialists from Estonia and abroad gathered in Rosavilla on Õie Street 39, creating a multilingual and welcoming environment in garden suburb. In 2012, we renovated the neighboring house at Õie 37, and on 6 December 2013 opened our doors there as independent Tervisekliinik.
Our guiding principle is simple: the human organism is a whole. Independent practitioners from Western, Eastern, and alternative medicine work side by side to offer psychotherapy, counselling, yoga, massage, and natural therapies. Our mission is to provide integrated, respectful care that values both evidence-based medicine and traditional practices, supporting balance, prevention, recovery, and wellbeing.
