Introduction:
- Physiotherapist (graduated from the University of Tartu, Institute of Sports Science and Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017).
- Work experience: since 2017, she has worked as a physiotherapist in the field of rehabilitation and rehabilitation therapy in the following institutions: the North Estonia Rehabilitation Centre, the North Estonia Medical Centre Foundation, the Keila Therapy Centre
- Dealing predominantly with musculoskeletal problems in adults and adolescents, such as post-traumatic and post-operative conditions, overload syndromes, chronic pain syndromes, and others.
- Physiotherapy service includes taking a medical history, understanding the problem, creating an individual treatment plan (including an exercise programme), performing exercises and counselling.
- I believe that the most important thing is an individual approach and the creation of a holistic picture of the person, which takes into account the person’s needs, abilities, capabilities and physiological characteristics. I want people to understand the root causes of their health problems and to be aware of the different treatment options available to support recovery and prevent the recurrence of similar problems. I am most interested in a variety of musculoskeletal problems in adults, such as post-traumatic conditions and recovery from overload injuries, but any problem that I can help solve is an exciting challenge for me.
