Background

I have been trained in Gestalt therapy, additionally in crisis counselling and trauma therapy,  conflict resolution and mindfulness. I have been using these skills after Estonia shipwreck in berievement and grief work, in anti-bullying work for schools and  continuously in everyday client work.

My academic studies in acting and later in a Master’s programme in organizational behaviour have provided a strong foundation for combining individual role awareness and communication skills with various aspects of organizational theories and group work. I have used this approach in teacher training and in my daily work with organizations, leaders and teams.

I lectured on leadership and teamwork at Estonian Business School for five years and have worked for 30 years as an independent entrepreneur — trainer, consultant, therapeutic and executive coach and mentor.

In individual work, the main topics have been  stress/self-management, public speaking skills and anxiety, burnout, trauma/bodywork, mental health, and personal development.

In group work, the main topics have been leadership, teamwork, communication skills, problem and conflict resolution, negotiations, stress management and mental health.

I am the author of the book “A Person in the Middle of Conflicts” (Äripäev Publishers, 2006) and co-translator of the book “The Master Negotiator” by Dr. Stefan Amin Talab (available as an e-book). I am an associate member of the Estonian Association for Supervision and Coaching and continuously engaged in professional development in peer-group /covision practices in Estonia and internationally (ANSE Europe format).
