Introduction:
Psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Pille approaches each person holistically, according to your needs and preferences also practices of Mindfulness, Yoga and the basic principles of nutrition can be used.
Studies:
- Psychology: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (University of Tartu, 2001)
- Master’s degree with specialization in Clinical Psychology (Free University of Amsterdam, 2006)
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology (University of Tallinn, 2022)
- Therapy: training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-oriented brief therapy, motivational interviewing, basic training in family therapy, a selection of courses in creative therapies and schema therapy.
- Yoga (500 h teacher training with Svahayoga, Svastha yoga therapy courses as additional education).
- Nutrition: Ayurvedic nutritional counseling (Amsterdam Ayurveda Institute).
