Introduction:
I provide psychological counseling. I have a master’s degree in psychology and training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship problems etc. I use mindfulness techniques in my work. I have worked with both adults and adolescents.I offer my services in Estonian and English.
